What forms of payment do you accept?
Native currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.
Are credit card transactions secure?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
When will my order be shipped and how soon will it arrive?
In stock items will generally be shipped within 2 business days. You should receive your order within 7 business days from the date of shipping. Items not in stock will sometimes take longer to ship in which case we will notify you of the expected lead time, normally 1-2 weeks.
What are my shipping options?
All items are shipped Priority Mail USPS, and will have a tracking number once shipped. International orders will not have a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We're sorry.. we can't accept returns, unless the item is defective. In this case, please email us with the complaint and we will issue you an even exchange or store credit once the item is returned to us.
